I am so lucky to call Dr. Chai my doctor for over a decade now. Out of all the doctors I have been to, she is the most personable yet knowledgeable. With her focusing on gynecology only, I was so excited when I found her. Through time, she has helped me with various medical concerns and now the effects of menopause. I am so grateful she is practices and continues to help me as well as all her patients. She is a true gift on our community!
Dr. Chai's billing department has been a nightmare. They billed me twice for the same service, which I paid. When I realized the mistake, I have had to make 15 calls and send one email (so far) to try to get a reimbursement check. This has been over a 2 month period and still no check. There are doctors as good as Chai out there who are easier to deal with financially. I would suggest going to them.
Dr. Chai puts the care and total well being for her patients as top priority. Dr. Chai, a very accomplished doctor and surgeon, works with an attention to detail that surpasses her peers. This attention, coupled with her skills make her a phenomenal surgeon. Dr. Chai is a doctor that spends the time to get to know you, while trying to gain a full understanding of your issue. I can't say enough of how she provides and cares for her patients.

Dr. Chai is hands down the BEST doctor out there. Every visit I feel like I'm talking to a girlfriend who loves and cares about me as my girlfriends do. She asks great questions to glean how YOU are doing, whether it be about you specifically or about other members in your family (she delivered both my boys - now 17 and 19).
