I've been a patient of Dr. Christine Higgins for a long time. I believe that everyone needs second chances at times, even Drs. When I 1st started seeing Dr. Christine Higgins after I moved to Chesapeake, and she didn't want my files from my previous Dr., who treated me for Sarcoidosis. Dr Higgins is an awesome doctor. I have had nothing but good encounters with her. She is always so kind and encouraging.
I called to verify my insurance and whether the office was accepting new patients but had a rude conversation with the woman who answered the phone, and she hung up when I was asking about them being listed as 10 of my options for doctors for my insurance.
