Not pleased at all. My grandmother was in ICU for over a week. After being moved to a regular room they did not physical therapy with her. When it was time to leave they did'nt even get her ready they just left her like she was and moved her to our car. They also didn't feed her some. They left the tray by the door but never brought it in for her. When it was time to go They acted like they didn't care and was just trying to get her out of their way.
