Dr Christine gave me exercises for my knee and it has proved to me that exercise does help. The knee replacement Dr told me to keep up with the exercises as it would keep me from having the op for hopefully another couple of years.
Dr Christine is extraordinary at listening to complex problems and communicating back in simple, understandable terms. Relieving my back pain while clearly explaining how preventative core exercises will reduce reoccurring injuries. I haven't had any back problems since!
I have been going to see Dr Christine for a while and enjoy her complete approach that has seen results on multiple occasions. The location is relaxed but very professional and I highly recommend her services.
A wonderful skilled and knowledgeable professional. Dr Christine takes a holistic Approach to physical issues and has helped me immensely. Working from a clinic within the home, creates a relaxed but focused environment. Highly recommended!
