Requesting a referral has been a torturing experience to say the least!
When Dr Baker changed the model for her practice which included a membership fee, I was concerned. My husband and I are on fixed incomes and the fee was worrisome. We stayed with the practice because of our faith in Dr Baker and Debra Bloom. We are now so thankful we did. Over the last few months my husband and three unrelated health issues that required immediate medical attention. In each case we saw Dr Baker within an hour of our calls. First off I do want to make clear that Dr. Baker is a fantastic doctor and the staff is friendly. This is a1 star review due to their recent decision to become a "concierge" service. For those unaware this is basically a 1,000-1500 anual fee you now HAVE to pay in order to be a patient. This is not in exchange for any services nor is it a credit for future services.
