Dr Andrews is the sweetest most amazing Dr and I can’t say enough good things about her, I am a single mother of 2 small children and she always goes above and beyond when I happen to be lucky enough to see her. The same cannot be said about the reception staff Dr Yaps wife and Sarah particularly but all of the staff at front desk are among the worst service I have ever experienced in a medical setting EVER. Dr Andrews is amazing - its a shame the same cant be said about reception. Dr Yap's wife at reception is very rude and obnoxious and others think exactly the same.

Rude customer service girl on the desk needs an attitude check
Was denied an appointment because I hadn’t been there within the past 12 months, despite the Doctor having ample available appointments within 2 days. So it seems that only the frequently sick are allowed access to medical care.
