Dr. Michael is rude, condescending & unprofessional. She was nasty from the first appt when she learned I wasn't interested in her COVID/Flu shots/boosters. Dr. Michael got her ego bruised when my cardiologist changed my medication so Dr. Michael refused to provide medical clearance for my surgery until the cardiologist brought my condition under control even though they DID provide cardiac clearance for the surgery. Dr. Michael is honest and caring. She won't prescribe medications to mask a problem but will take the time to find the root cause and attack the issue from there. I've been a patient of hers for over 15 years and enjoy her straightforward approach to my healthcare. She will reach out and follow up with me as she sees necessary. As a 70 yr old, I've never felt more safe with my doctor and the personal care I receive. I'm treated like I'm not just a number! I don't understand the negative reviews of Dr. Christina Michael. I have put a review in here before. I can credit her for saving my life in 2014 when I had cdiff and had one doctor say I was exaggerating how bad I felt and an ER nurse who said to drink a gallon of water a day. Dr. Michael took my illness seriously and got me the help and treatment I needed. She is so thorough and she makes sure I keep on track with my yearly medical tests etc.. I left this practice after one or two visits 5plus years ago. Randomly I got a notification that I’ve been scheduled for an appointment with the office-are they automatically scheduling patients?? And what if I didn’t show up? Charge me fees? I called and made sure the office put me on as an inactive patient. I left this practice because I constantly felt rushed and never had a personable feeling from anyone there….that was a long time ago and today over the phone it was still the same. Rude rude rude.
