I can get an appointment for an issue in a timely manner, they're flexible with telehealth when needed, answer your phone calls or portal messages quickly. Any issue outside of the normal check up is usually referred to a specialist but I think that's the normal.

She has exceptional listening skills and her ability to provide comprehensive and effective medical care is second to none. Absolutely appalling. This was based on a visit several years ago. I went in for extreme fatigue and sleep issues. TSH was on the very low end of normal and T3 was out of range (low). She completely blew me off and refused to treat. She blamed everything on stress. I haven’t had a whole lot of luck with other doctors either, but she was the worst by far, not just for her lack of medical knowledge, but for her attitude as well. This practice is cold and does not care about patient relationship. Not only do they fail to follow up timely about critical testing, they are not knowledgeable about autoimmune diseases and chronic health conditions. They are only concerned with prescribing you pills and making $$$. Update: This practice "dismissed" me as a patient because I didn't show up to two appointments IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC.
