Dr. C. Lovato: she listened, she understood my Problemand wanted to help. I had gone to five medical people in this city, all their excuses..not one of them helped me. She did... first visit! She spent 45 minutes with me. We agreed on a routine to help me and medications to see if my severe conditions could be helped! Well in 24 hours I felt better. So much better I was able to function through the days without concern! It has been 1 week since I had my appointment and I feel like a new person. Thank you Dr. Lovato. -LMD
Tried to schedule an appointment. After being on hold over 10 minutes, I was informed that there are no openings for at least 4 months and hung up on. Completely unprofessional.
What a terribly disorganized doctor. Over booked her schedule. We sat in her office till they closed and her office receptionist had the audacity to tell us to come back tomorrow and maybe we can squeeze you in. We had this appointment for 2 and a 1/2 months . It’s not like can take work off in a whim to be here. When we finally saw here and it was only for a minute. Caring and polite doctor, but not up to date on current treatments or research for the disease I had. Extremely timid with giving a diagnosis. I found her to be unwilling try new treatments or medications. I did not feel included in my treatment.
