Absolutely awful front end staff. I heard many complaints about this office but believed I had somehow avoided the issues. I had my appointment canceled twice and each time pushed back several months. When i finally showed up for my appointment they canceled me as I was walking in. I asked if I have to wait a minimum of 35 minutes every time I come then why can’t I still be seen? The receptionist said she had to set the room up for the next patient. I liked my provider Jennifer W., but terrible communication and customer service from the front office team, lead by the office manager Jo. IlI will never recommend this office again. There’s too many other good ones in the area to stand for being treated SO poorly. BEWARE their 10 minute window that they do not communicate properly. I called the Maryville office to get the address to the Ofallon office that I had never been too. Typed it in GPS and literally told them what time it said I would arrive. This office is horrible. I had an appointment went to wrong door. Called the office went ahead and come. Got there at 4:11 and was then informed that cut off was 4:10. This shows no patient care whatsoever. Also this doctor was just given to me after my doctor retired. She does not have a good bedside manner does not know anything in the chart just getting a check. Now they're saying I'm a no call no show and there is a $50 fee I will be reporting that to the BBB. Please choose better care for yourself!
