Haven’t seen her, but the office has misplaced my records that were transferred from another doctor. Someone from the office said she was going to look for records in a warehouse when the weather wasn’t so hot. It’s now winter and still haven’t heard from anyone.
They have a phone number but when you call it, it says it will text you back and it never does. There is no way to reach them and I work until 5pm I can’t get my prescription!!!
I have been seeing Dr Owen's at maryville. I am absolutely confident in her knowledge and abilities to care for my less than common health issues. Unfortunately, getting in touch with the office is not usually an option even with patient portal or texting back.
