I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She is condescending and has such an attitude when she talks to you. She doesn't seem to care about the patient's needs. When you ask a question she seems irritated because you asked a question. She stated that all skilled rehabilitation centers would not be able to control my husband's pain, but she didn't seem to care. Because it's not her or her family that's affected by it.

Dr. Brock was amazing! I needed to go to Urgent Care to have an abscess drained. I’m unfamiliar with Kansas City (I’m from the West coast), so it was a bit chaotic trying to get help immediately while on my short stay. The entire staff from receptionist, nurse, and Dr Brock were so friendly and welcoming. I was helped in a timely manner and Dr. Brock took her time asking questions about my condition. I recently saw Dr. Brock to have a cyst removed from my back. Her office called the same day that the referral was sent and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Brock was very kind and talked through my options. Her calm demeanor made me feel at ease. They were able to schedule removal very quickly and the process was smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Brock removed a large lipoma (cyst) from my son. It was a simple procedure, but I thought she was extremely nice and even made his bandage in the shape of a heart. :) She was very considerate of his age and explained everything that would be done to him. I would recommend her to someone else.

I can not express in words how kind and wonderful Dr. Brock has been during my mom's recent severe illness and recovery period. Dr. Hardy was also excellent. Both have wonderful bedside manner and are professional and skilled in what they do. The office staff was respectful and polite as well. Our entire family was appreciative and pleased with care we received from Dr Brock. Will not hesitate to recommend Dr Brock and Advanced Surgical to others.

I would never recommend this physician to any of my friends or family as I feel she has no bedside manner whatsoever and horrible patient care. After seeing me on my first day at the hospital she told me I was sick and would not be going home until after I was able to eat and hold down food after gallbladder surgery. By the second day she was ready to send me home because she didn't like the way I communicated. she didn't care that I was still sick or that I had not yet had surgery.
