Not acceptable No real connection. Cannot contact him. Front desk is not available and there's only 3 people in the entire office. You do not get a personal feeling of dedication. Not explained correctly what you're gonna do receive and nothing has gone right for me whatsoever. Find it to be overwhelming just to go there. Doctor Piccolo is the best! We gave him 20 stars! Due to my husband‘s disabilities, it is very difficult for him to get his procedure done. He goes out of his way to make it work.He gives us extra time, makes it as comfortable and tolerable for my husband as possible. We highly recommend him he is Smart, patient, excellent bedside manner, Honest and explains everything. Everyone should be so lucky to have a doctor like him and we need more like him. Thank you, Doctor Piccolo can’t thank you enough for all you do!
I think Dr. Piccolo is wonderful! He is great with patients and good at determining what is the best course of action to relieving pain. I come almost 50 miles to see him because I think is the best.
Dr. Piccolo is top-notch! Understanding, compassionate. Takes time to explain the issues and how he will treat it. Makes sure the patient is comfortable and he communicates during the procedure what he is doing and what to expect and asks for feedback during the procedure. He definitely makes this a collaboration between doctor and patient. Highly recommend him And the staff is very caring.
