Great service all the staff are good and helpful.
Terrible !!! I called the office and was placed on hold for more then 10 mins . I hung up called back multiple times an hr later and no answer ! Tried once more and was placed on hold immediately ! No one ever came back to tend to me !
A Bunch Of Crooks, They told me I Had to Pay out of pocket because my insurance didn’t pay for it all but I called my insurance and they said Morillo never Went through the insurance because if they had then my Insurance would have covered the whole visit, I don’t recommend anyone go here and if you do don’t let them Lie to you like they did me, Not to mention they are not trying to give me my money back even after I refused to go forward with the treatment smh Scammers‼️
Dr.Grundy and Darlene Are just amazing A1 Customer service…. My Visit was great and i can’t wait to go back and visit with them…
Please pay attention to the reviews this is a terrible company, the staff acts nice but is incompetent. I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my trial contacts and no one informed me when they arrived I had to keep calling and check for myself. Beside my better judgment I went back and ordered a six months supply because my insurance would cover half.
