I called the ER before I came because I fell and injured my knee. Having been a military aerospace medic veteran, I knew there was ligament issues. When I called I asked would the doctor have the ability to do an MRI for my ligaments. Saw Dr. Neff at IHC Layton hospital. Utah Emergency Physicians and Layton Hospital continue to make incorrect billings for services and do not correct them. Instead they continue to send billings and threaten collections to intimidate patients into paying incorrect billings. PEHP insurance has reported a pattern of billing abuse by Utah Emergency Physicians. If you have problems with Dr. Neff or Utah Emergency Physicians or Layton Hospital report them to the Utah State Insurance Board and State Medical Board.
