My husband and I have been going to this dental office for the past three years. We now have a newborn and I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to our new hectic life and schedule conflict. But the receptionist demanded that I would have to pay the co-pay in full BEFORE I get treated or else she cannot book me an appointment. I feel that this is terrible customer service and is discriminating.We will not be going back to this dental office.
Had an incredible cleaning done by Lexis she was very very very good and thorough! I had a awsome experience yet again. Thanks Lexis! You made my day !
