If you can go somewhere else I suggest it. Absolutely terrible office communication. For starters when you call the office you get a message that says " ..we wont answer the phone.." and they don't, ever. Then they call back if they want. Icing on the cake is they do this to other Dr offices also. My Np told me if I thought it would help I would call, but they don't return our calls either. I had them for 2 procedures and was increasingly unhappy. Going to have to go somewhere else now.

I don't like it when they never answer the phone. You always have to leave a message and hope they get back to you.

i did not actually see Dr. Schwartz. I saw a nurse. and they did not work well with VA or me. I told them the procedure for my prescription. Then the prescription they prescribed, was not covered by the VA. They sent it to their desired pharmacy (Preckshot), I called Preskot and they said they could not transfer the prescription . it was something i couldn’t just go get. It had to be shipped under dry ice. Veterans have their prescriptions filled through the VA pharmacy only. I know it can be frustrating working with the VA ... read more

Went on 3/8 Called called 2 days later to let them know I decided to go ahead with surgery Called the following Monday and was informed the only one who schedule was out and I would hear from them by Wednesday 10 days later I’m no closer to feeling better then I was on 3/8/2023 I would rate communication…. But you have to have some to rate
