I don't like it when they never answer the phone. You always have to leave a message and hope they get back to you.
i did not actually see Dr. Schwartz. I saw a nurse. and they did not work well with VA or me. I told them the procedure for my prescription. Then the prescription they prescribed, was not covered by the VA. They sent it to their desired pharmacy (Preckshot), I called Preskot and they said they could not transfer the prescription . it was something i couldn’t just go get. It had to be shipped under dry ice. Veterans have their prescriptions filled through the VA pharmacy only. I know it can be frustrating working with the VA ... read more
Went on 3/8 Called called 2 days later to let them know I decided to go ahead with surgery Called the following Monday and was informed the only one who schedule was out and I would hear from them by Wednesday 10 days later I’m no closer to feeling better then I was on 3/8/2023 I would rate communication…. But you have to have some to rate
I'm giving it only a 3 because when you need someone in the office it is hard to get a hold of them. on times I have tried 8-9 times and all I get is there answering machine. I do like the Dr I see. Very professional. Office people very unprofessional. good thing it is not an emergency.
