In September this year, after seeking a second opinion, my wife underwent hybrid spinal surgery. Endoscopic surgery at L2 L3 level and revision of L4 L5 spinal surgery. Back surgery with Dr Tsimiklis has been highly successful for me. I had a 40+ year history of lower back pain and sciatica which I was mostly able to manage with exercise. However 18 months ago at 73 years of age things got so bad that surgery (discectomy/decompression) was needed.
