Back surgery with Dr Tsimiklis has been highly successful for me. I had a 40+ year history of lower back pain and sciatica which I was mostly able to manage with exercise. However 18 months ago at 73 years of age things got so bad that surgery (discectomy/decompression) was needed. Nursing well over 4 decades, my first encounter with terrible lower back pain occurred just over 2 years ago. Despite chiropractic care, physiotherapy and pain management, the pain continued to worsen. After weeks of waiting for a consultation with a neurosurgeon, a spinal injection was performed.
