Dr Bajaj is uncaring and very impersonal. I waited to see him after seeing his assistant, after waiting over 45 minutes I had to leave to make my other appointment. I went to front desk and the receptionist said he was in a staff meeting. This office prefers to use the Portal to communicate. After 8 days of sending 2 messages, I finally received a response. I work my schedule around my appointments and now just get a call that he is not available this week and needs me to reschedule. I’m done with this doctor and have found ... read more
I am the patient of Dr. Chris Bajaj for past 8 years and he is always on time,I do not think I wait for him more then 5 min in waiting room. Very good listener, and always have a time for you. Always have very good resolutions for all the problems.
Please go somewhere else! I have a very rare condition and advocated for myself by asking questions and seeking clarification on treatment plans. Service was impersonal, judgemental and with no regard for my well being as a patient. It is unbelievable and disheartening how unprofessional this practice is. I strongly do not recommend Dr. Bajaj.
Dr. Bajaja, is a wonderful and very professional doctor. He has been my doctor since 2010 and he has always explained my results & conditions to me very well. He listens to my questions & answers them very well. I never had to wait long to make an appointment. And when I arrive for my appointment, I never wait long. I appreciate him for being very caring, very kind, patient and very knowledgeable doctor of my thyroid condition and care.
Dr Bajaj answered all my questions and was very informative. I really like the approach he is taking with my type 2 diabetes. Im lucky to have him as my Dr.
Ultimately was unable to fully diagnose my incredible rare disease but was incredible thorough, spent 2 hrs with me at our first appointment and was humble enough to tell me when I had "exhausted his resources" and point me in a new direction that ultimately led to answers. Based on the time, intention and effort spent I speak highly of him.
I sent in all of my medical records prior to my visit. I needed a second opinion as my healthcare provider did not believe in the AIP diet that was currently working to regulate my Graves’ disease. I am allergic to the medication methimazole and I wanted to discuss this diet with a practice that had a nutritionist on staff. When I showed up for my appointment the front desk hadn’t update any of the new patient documents I had filled out in the system. I asked if the doctors had received my medical records and I did not recei... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Bajaj for almost a year. I found myself giving he and his staff the benefit of the doubt each time I left there. My last visit however, pushed it over the line. Dr. Bajaj himself sold me on a Rx for Cequr Simplicity insulin patches. I was shocked to find out after paying an $80 copay, that these patches contain no insulin. The fast acting insulin that he also prescribed came with no dosing instructions. I had to reach back and request these. The staff talks AT YOU - quite loudly at times, and do not re... read more
This was my first appointment with Dr. Bajaj It was over an hour after my scheduled appointment time before seeing him. He was in and out of before I had time to share any information with him or ask any questions. Nor did he ask more than two or three questions. Thank goodness the PA spent some time with me. What she felt would be an effective treatment, he nixed without an explanation. Leaves a patient a little confused and muddled. Who do you trust? I felt what I didn't get to say was important and could affect my treatme... read more
