He paid attention to my concerns and was very helpful in getting me through some difficult problems.
Absolutely does not care about his patients... I suggested I had an issue and he looks at me and brushes it off with "no way you do". I convinced him to give me the test and yep... I did have it. Then no suggestion on what to do/take to correct it. Pointless to go to him, even harmful IMO.
Dr. Brouillette thank you for seeing me last Thursday. I am waiting for a medical clearance for Dr David Lucas I called the office and right now I am Very upset Mad angry. We spoke and you told me you would send the clearance. Where ism it?
Doctor Brouellette has been my primary care physician for over 8 years. The Doctor and his staff are great. Orlando Health is another story. The telephones are not answered in the office anymore and the billing department is the worst. I can get timely support from his staff using the patient portal so that's a plus. The old days of picking up the phone for help are over due to Orlando Health.
Some of the worst office staff. My 76-year old father did not have his new patient paperwork "ready in time" (It took him about 10 minutes) and the receptionist would not let him see the doctor -- Told him that he needed to "reschedule" -- AFTER he waited nearly 3 months to get the appointment in the first place! Paperwork was NOT emailed prior to the appointment, and he received zero help/support from the staff. Dr. Brouillette might be a decent doctor, but it's clear the staff considers new patients as numbers only.
I work for him several years ago, so I knew the exceptional doctor he was. My husband is a stubborn guy who does not like to go to the doctor until he has a problem. He had a rather severe problem that needed immediate attention. The staff was so helpful. They had no idea I used to work for him, they got him an appointment immediately. My husband actually needed a surgical procedure. He took the time and did it right then and there to bring my husband relief. He has an exceptional bedside manner
Most comprehensive physical that I've had in years.
