Recently switched to Dr. Bunch. My encounters with him are good. He seems very knowledgeable and listened thoroughly. He's prompt and fast. The 3 star is due to his receptionist. TERRIBLE. Every time I go or call she's in a bad mood. I understand it might be a taxing job. But when you're mood interferes with your job it's now a problem. She's quick to just brush people away without giving them proper guidance or directing them. This caused so much confusion when I tried to do a simple medication refill. 0 if possible. Had to wait over an hour to be seen even when our appointment was set at a certain time, and I under that sometimes you fall behind, but an hour is ridiculous. Not only that but when I ask the front desk personnel, I was told that they had no idea of when we would be taken to a room, she states she didn’t know. Because according to the attendant it was the providers instructions to let other people be seen/ in otherwise they would be in trouble for refusing. Great job Sabrina and staff, Clarissa, Celeste, and Angie, Tori, and the rest of the staff. The staff works me in, it’s prompt and professional. It doesn’t matter how sick I am, I won’t visit any other doctor or practice unless it’s Dr. Bunch and his NP/Sabrina. Sabrina takes the time to listen, analyzes, explains, and informs and throughly assures that side affects won’t hinder the patients health. Thank you for dedication and passion in your field.
