Dr. Hirose is amazing. His staff is exceptional. I never waited to get in for my visits and I felt like Dr. Hirose took the time to go thru everything with me--I did not leave wondering about anything. I felt very well cared for--that is priceless!
The staff of the Coughlin clinic are friendly, respectful and timely, all important criteria in my book. The facility is clean and accessible. Dr. Hirose is approachable and takes the time that is needed to explain things. I was able to get in when needed, both for appointments and surgery.
