I can't speak for the Doctors at this place (I can't even call it a practice) the woman at the desk shouting at patients, other staff and on the phone is incredibly appalling. I took my mum to see Dr Chowdhury for what we thought was going to be a procedure and this person was outrageously rude and obnoxious she chastised my mum like she's a child, even shouted at the other receptionist, the behaviour was like something out of over the top sitcom. Impossible to get through despite calling several times throughout the day.
Dr.Ayas Chowdary is an exceptionally talented gastro specialist. If you are truly after a quality opinon will be worth going to him. I was said to have Asthma and was being pumped with medication for 2 years by GPs and specialists, until I came to Dr. Chowdary to check out reflux. The usual tests came negative, but he persisted with an isotope test and based on it, concluded the root cause of my issue to be acid reflux based. His report was cryptic but insightful. If I could give no stars I would. !!!The practice manager would have to be the most obnoxious person I have ever spoken to. You shouldn’t be anywhere near the public. Your peoples skills are atrocious. You even speak to other receptionists in the health profession badly. Shame on you!!!
