I had a follow up visit on September 1. The Chinese-looking girl at the front desk asked for the $35 copay. When I went to pay, she told me that I owed a total of $70 because I had not paid for my last visit. Mind you, she was the receptionist who checked me out for my first visit, and she did not ask me for a copay at that time. So, I did not pay for the first visit. I am myself a Physician and Dr Chintan Shah has been my PCP for 5+ years. He is an outstanding clinician and more than that a Very caring person. He is always available, weekend , weeknights . An outstanding clinician and a better human being, Caring , Competent and Charismatic.
