I always take my mom and the wait time is average. My mom is 91 and she loves him, he tends to her needs and talks to her. He is a wonderful doctor. You can call the front desk to state you will be going to your appointment and they sign you in.
They set an appointment once we arrived the doctor wasnt there to be seen they asked me that they will call me when he would arrive that was 4 hours after the actual appointment.. so basically when they give you an appointment you have to call to make sure that he's there you have to dedicate your day for just waiting for him to get there
Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Having elderly people waiting for no less than 5 hours is completely outrageous.
My appointment was at 2 p.m. , it was after 3 p.m. had not yet been called in for vitals. I asked receptionist how long was the wait, answer 2 ahead of you for vitals and 6 ahead of you to see the doctor. I was not about to wait 3 or 4 hours, why set appointments if you are not going to be seen at your appointment time.
I would give zero stars. Wait time here is ridiculous. Sometimes doctor doesn't even show up. Expect at least 4 hours to see your doctor here.
