Extremely hard work. He works across multiple hospitals across El Paso and and even other places in Texas and outside of Texas like New Mexico and New Orleans sometimes this can cause him to leave you waiting for hour but trust me if it were your family you’d want him to stay and work well instead of rushing to go see some person sitting in his clinic. He also has a family and children who are active in sports and extracurricular activities also taking more time. So please bare with him and be patient

I always take my mom and the wait time is average. My mom is 91 and she loves him, he tends to her needs and talks to her. He is a wonderful doctor. You can call the front desk to state you will be going to your appointment and they sign you in.
They set an appointment once we arrived the doctor wasnt there to be seen they asked me that they will call me when he would arrive that was 4 hours after the actual appointment.. so basically when they give you an appointment you have to call to make sure that he's there you have to dedicate your day for just waiting for him to get there
Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Having elderly people waiting for no less than 5 hours is completely outrageous.
