Dealing with the staff is the worst experience ever. Ekara, I think is the office Mgr. Has lied to me on numerous occasions. I was told by Dr that I needed An injectable medicine for my diabetes control. They sent Rx but it was denied by my insurance because there wasn't proper information with the prescription. I notified doctors office two months ago and I've still haven't been able to get it. I called and spoke to Ekara again and she told me that it was approved. I called my pharmacist. I wish I could give this office 0 stars. My review is coming from a medical office stand pointe and I have been in the medical field for 15 years so never in my life have I experienced such a horribly run, unprofessional, lacks any type of office knowledge, and rude office. I'm sure the doctor is nice but he needs to hire a new office manger and staff. I would highly stay clear of this office! Unless you want the unprofessional manager to curse at you and your insurance company.

Worst customer service. I met the doctor after 1 hour of My appointment. Front office assistant was worst asking me can I see another doctor after 1 hour waiting. People coming after me were kept going inside and seeing the doctor. Worst never recommend anyone here. Please avoid using this doctor.

Dr. Chandrasekaran is a very professional and caring Dr.; My family has been in his care for over 20 yrs. His diagnostic skills are excellent; This Dr. listens and respects all of his patients 100% of the time. The office staff is also very professional and kind to all the patients in the Dr's care.
