I like Dr. Chetkin but his office staff is terrible. I made my first appoinment, 1 day before, they called me to change it and they made me wait another month for the next one. Again, 2 days before the new appoinment they called to switch it again. In total, they changed my appointments 4 times and I was there maybe 5 times!!! I had a cleaning appoinmnet, they called me again to change it again, what a surprise. Dr. Chetkin's a good guy, who takes care of his patients and understands not only their dental needs but their insurance needs too. His staff is also competent and friendly. But the real star of the office is Julie, who is knowledgeable and incredibly patient when helping to schedule appointments and deal with insurance. Good team all around. ETA: they also have late appointments on Wednesdays, which is very helpful!
