Very good Doctor, good bedsid manner and staff. Felt genuinely cared for, not rushed and He genuinely listened to my dilemma that lasted a year and 2 months until someone referred me to Dr. Dixit. He at least found some of the reason due to allergies.
The PA was fabulous. My appointment was in June of 2023. My bad rating has to do with billing. Apparently it was submitted to Insurance incorrectly and the insurance "clawed back" payments so in April 2024 I received a bill for$1079.96. I called and received an explanation that it would be resubmitted correctly. Yesterday I received a bill for $484.96 cents (when my account had zero balance before the clawback. I had a great experience from everyone one I interacted with from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Dr Dixit really listened to my concerns and issues I have been having for so long now. He gave insight into something my condition may be and refine to a specialist in another field.
