Not a good experience. She spent no time and did not help at all I had to seek treatment elsewhere
I feel this doctor has potential however the staff lacks so badly that my care is inadequate. It takes several weeks to get a prescription refill or evening to get your new prescription filled. I can't leave the office without a prescription in hand then when I leave it takes several phone calls and weeks to achieve what we tried to accomplish the first day. takes several weeks to get an explanation of test results. So so bad. She covered her colleagues' mistakes and left me confused and half treated and I paid her 675 out of pocket to do it. She feigned innocence (badly) and answered foolishly.
One of the most caring, competent and knowledgeable doctors around! A pleasure!
although she accurately diagnosed the infection that was deforming my skin and ruining my health she also downplayed the severity of the condition, and didnt tell me what to expect in my recovery because she was covering up the mistakes in treatment and misdiagnosis by fellow "specialist" (s) - her reputation will continue to be sullied by her decision.
Although the wait time can be an issue I don't mind it because Dr. Berube is very caring and takes the time to know how you are doing in all aspects in your life. I will take the wait rather then deal w/some Doctors who are cold and take about five minutes to diagnose your ailments.
She is very rude and condisending..not sensitive to my needs..doesn't explain things with me..threatening in front of my children.. No bedside manor or care for her pts. Have to wait a long time to be seen..not enough seats as she double books only cares about money..need to find a new pcp ASAP don't go to her.
I find her to be polite and helpful. I have had several small problems that required further testing and she guided me in the right direction each time.
It's not that Dr Berube is not a decent doctor, she is, but it is obvious that money is far more important to her than adequate care for her patients. I have been there at least 25x and NEVER waited less than an hour and a half. On average, it is about a 2 hour wait. She schedules all of her appts 15 minutes apart even if she knows the appointment will take an hour. I have to take a good 3-4 hours out of my day just to schedule a quick check up.
