I called three different times, and each time the secretary told me to hold for a minute, but no one ever came back to the phone. I waited for over 20 minutes on each call without getting any assistance. Honestly, it makes me worry about how difficult it will be to schedule my pregnancy follow-up appointments if this is the experience just trying to reach someone by phone. I’m surprised this office has almost a 5-star rating given the level of customer service I’ve experienced so far..
Dr. Silverbrook was attentive, caring and took her time to listen carefully to me. Knowledgeable about the issues and cares for and about me. I will definitely recommend her for your family.
Always supportive, extremely knowledgeable and gives me the time I need to discuss issues. Staff is always courteous and compassionate. I bet it’s a reflection of her leadership. I couldn’t ask for more.
I love Dr. Silverbook! She is amazing, explains everything thoroughly, and is always 100% honest with her patients.
