Dr. Silverbrook is an amazing physician. She is personable, very knowledgeable, takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and creates a safe space listening to my concerns - which is the most important thing to me because of how vulnerable GYN appointments can be. I would highly recommend her and this entire practice to anyone needing a OBGYN.

I called three different times, and each time the secretary told me to hold for a minute, but no one ever came back to the phone. I waited for over 20 minutes on each call without getting any assistance. Honestly, it makes me worry about how difficult it will be to schedule my pregnancy follow-up appointments if this is the experience just trying to reach someone by phone. I’m surprised this office has almost a 5-star rating given the level of customer service I’ve experienced so far..
