When first arriving for my consultation with Dr Olson, I was greeted by Nurse Lynn, who immediately made me feel at ease with her kind and caring nature. Both Lynn and Nurse Matt were super helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Dr Olsen was informed about my visit. She was prepared to explain my condition, options and protocols. She patiently answered all our questions and concerns and gave use access to both her nurse and herself by phone and email should we have additional questions.
