This was my first time meeting her, and felt we hadn’t established a foundation of trust. During the treatment, I found her approach to be quite rough. It would have greatly eased my anxiety and pain if she had communicated the steps as she was doing them. Unfortunately, I felt my individual needs were overlooked in favor of general policy.
