Office never sends orders over to hospital for lab work. My mother has even had to drive over to the office to get the orders because no one would answer the phone!!
After driving an hour to keep an appointment and being a little late she sent her girl out in the waiting room to tell me she wouldn't see me I would have to call her office and make another appointment, I wrote a letter asking for an explanation and recieved no reply. She was held up in traffic at the time of one of our appointments and I didn't throw a fit and refuse to see the nurse practitioner, things happen and we have to deal with them and move on.
Very impersonal and talked loudly in hallway about my husband's personal business!!!
