I have had a completely ridiculous time trying to schedule a simple appointment with this doctor. I set one appointment that she cancelled the day prior for an emergency. That's fine, life happens, I'll reschedule. She cancels my rescheduled appointment because it's the Friday before valentines day. This irks me because she has it listed as available to book directly on her website. Again, I try to be understanding and reschedule.
