Worst surgical experience ever. Thirty years healthcare experience as licensed professional. Had complications with nipple graft 36-48 hrs after dc from surgery. Requires blood thinners due to risk of clotting. Treated in ER but no plan by plastics to see in clinic. Nipples asymmetrical and L side(bleeding complications) irregular and thickened while right is flat and circular. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Heinrich. She is confident, explains everything to well, and had great manners. The surgery went well, and so far, the recovery is fine too!
I highly recommend Dr Heinrich and her whole team. She did a great job on my reconstruction surgery. Everyone at her clinic has been wonderful. We have had several follow up visits, and every time we went, they were kind and so helpful!
I am ftm and she did a wonderful job on my top surgery. She grafted new nimples and I have feeling in them both. Super lgbtqa+ friendly and staff were great!
Dr. Heinrich listened and understood my concerns and desires for post-surgical outcome. I'm beyond happy with my results and would recommend her to anyone.
