My husband and I waited 6 months to get in for our new patient appointments only for her to see me at 11:30am and then cancel my husbands 1:30pm appt on the same day. She did try to reschedule him for another 4 months out… call me crazy but I don’t think we will wait again for her to cancel on us again. They collected his co-pay when I paid mine so I sure hope they credit that back l, but somehow I doubt it. This doctor prescribed needed heart medication for my elderly mother. She failed to change the rx to her name and left the rx with the former doctors number. The pharmacy would not fill it. The pharmacy put in two emergency orders to Dr RedderHaga and the office and the doctor ignored the requests. My mother phoned over and over and got zero response from Dr RedderHagas office. I saw her many years ago. She was very popular and it was a bit of a wait for an appointment, but I've never had a doctor quite so responsive and good at listening!
