1. She violated Delta Dental rule to inform all charges to insurance company. She charged $176 screw crown not covered by Delta but paid by me with receipt and failed to report to Delta. After couple of years the screw crown has problem. The other dentist informed me that there is no screw crown at all. I have asked Dr. Quan to refund the $176 that she did not do the work. 1. Dr. Cherine Quan told me to use screw crown, I did and paid around $200 extra myself. However it moved after I came home. I found out the gap of the crown with another tooth is big and piled food residue and got infection. She claimed that nothing wrong? Recently I went to see another dentist, he said there is not screw crown. I emailed Dr. Quan several time, she did not respond. 2.
