I was really disappointed with my experience. I’ve been on the waiting list to see Dr. Charese Collins for two years. Today, I received a call letting me know my appointment has been pushed back another two months because she’s delivering a baby. I completely understand that obstetrics is unpredictable and that deliveries have to come firs, that isn’t my frustration. What was disappointing was the way the situation was handled. She is the best! She treats my daughters like her own, she’s always so sweet and kind even after working days and days with not much rest, not to much she is hilarious! Thank you Dr Collins for being the beautiful person you are!
