AVOID THE OLD LADY RECEPTIONIST. ASK FOR DAVID. The lady receptionist ruins the 22 years that I've been coming here. The dentists are amazing and helpful but the lady in the front is always rude, has changed my appointment the last four times, and recently made me reschedule my appointment the day of to two weeks from now. It's unfortunate but it's time to go somewhere else where they respect your time, and you as a human being.

I love this place, no frills, they get you in and out. I'm not sure of his name but the office manager was super professional and patient when I made a mistake with the insurance company. I love that the dentist does your cleaning, not a hygienist. I'm sure a hygienist is great but these dentists are very honest and don't upsell me. I will continue to come here even if I have to pay cash. Thank you cheng dental office!!!
BE CAREFUL OF THE FRONT DESK ANNIE. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Annie at the front desk. She was rude, unprofessional, and even raised her voice at customers. Her attitude created a stressful and uncomfortable environment, which is unacceptable in a healthcare clinic. Frankly, someone like her should not be working in a professional healthcare setting.
