Rude old lady at front desk. Ask the younger receptionists to schedule your appointment or the old lady may forget to schedule your next appointment. Happened many times I come in and i find out i have no appointment!!
The old woman at the front desk had an extremely bad attitude — rude and disrespectful. I had a scheduled appointment for a routine cleaning, yet I was forced to wait for over an hour with no explanation, no apology, and no communication at all. As a medical office, they failed to show even the most basic respect for patients’ time. Waiting is already uncomfortable — being completely ignored makes it unacceptable.
