I really like DrChen, and his nurses. I would recommend him, and my husband just starting seeing him for care. However, all that said the front office staff is incredibly difficult to deal with! I get they need to know the basics of why I need an appt, but I am sick of explaining my healthcare, and justify what I need to someone who answers a phone for a living!
