Made an appointment and then when showing up I was left in the waiting room for 35 minutes and then when they finally came out to bring me in, they said I was out of time for the set appointment. I not only was there on time for the appointment, but I arrived 10 minutes early and sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes just to be told I would have to come back for another appointment because they didn’t have the time.
