This was my first visit to Dr. Chelsea Ngongang, Cardiologist at WakeMed. In all of my years, I've been to many hospitals and many healthcare providers. No practice has ever been as welcoming and pleasant as this office. Most importantly, Dr. Ngongang is excellent: she took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions; I didn't feel rushed; and she explained complicated cardio topics in a way that I could understand them.
