I have horrible dental anxiety and a few of my coworkers recommended me to try Optimum. They took such great care of me. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, and Dr. B. They were extremely thorough and helped me get through the appointment at my own pace knowing my anxiety. They created a plan and Kim at the front desk walked me through scheduling and billing afterwards. I’ve never walked out of a dentist office with a smile and felt like the staff actually cared about me until I went to Optimum.
I’m one of the people that has always hated the dentist but Optimum really make the experience as easy as it can be. They make me feel comfortable, explain everything and take great care of me. The TV’s on the ceiling and headphones make the whole thing fly by. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The girls that work here are beyond amazing. I am always met with a smile ( all prefect smiles btw.) . I had them do a cleaning, Wich I have neglected for a better. Super smooth and flawless. 2 min wait time after I checked in. Dr Bladerson made me fell like family. Didn’t judge me or make me fell bad about my (now white but then yellow teeth ). I will be back!!!!!!! Thank you optimum dental !!!
Once upon a time I hated going to the dentist. Like, with the passion of Zeus. I would fight the anxiety in my brain, trying to convince it that I could make it through another session in a dental chair, but the anxiety always turned to panic, blasting out of me with an exit velocity that could launch a rocket into space. Dr. B and her team are the most professional, caring, knowledgeable, gentle, and experts in the DMV area. As someone who has a very complicated lifelong dental history and ongoing intensive dental needs -- I can say of the hundreds of dentists I have been to that this practice is the ABSOLUTE BEST.
