Dr. Chelo Belmonte is my Primary Care Provider from the Southwest Medical Associates. I love her because she listens to me and explains things to me as well. She and her staff is also quick to respond, especially to the free E-Visits with the SMA website. She's always helpful and I trust that she is always trying to do her best by me, judging from her honest and quick responses. I'm keeping her as my PCP.
