Dr. Lee is great always helpful when I talk to her. The front office is also very helpful.
Dr. Loo herself isn't bad. A little cold, but otherwise seemed ok. The office, however, is apparently run by incompetent morons. I've been going there for about a year to treat hypothyroidism, and am now looking for a new doctor because this place just isn't worth all the time and hassle. When I went last December, they neglected to inform me that my doctor was on a 3 week vacation BEFORE I showed up for my appointment. I ended up having to see someone else, who had not even bothered to read my file or learn my history. The ... read more
