Nurses here are rude and arrogant. Inefficient and look annoyed and angry. I just don't understand why a good doctor liked Dr Choong hired all these nurses. They really affect the professionalism of Dr Choong
Dr Choong is a good doctor but all his nurses are terrible. Arrogant and slow. If you ask a bit more, they all looked annoyed. I felt so sick with all the staff in this small clinic. Terrible parking there.
My GP referred my husband to Dr Chee Fook Choong and I made a booking. Before attending, I asked the receptionist for the item numbers and an indication of the gap fees so we could check our private health fund rebate and understand the likely out-of-pocket costs. She repeatedly insisted that we had to attend the first consultation before any information about item numbers or fees could be provided. Even a rough estimate was not given. The review is for the reception lady not for Doctor Choong. Reception lady is very rude and unprofessional. I called on behalf of my husband and she asked me: “does your husband speak English?” Sounds a bit racist to me.
