The review is for the reception lady not for Doctor Choong. Reception lady is very rude and unprofessional. I called on behalf of my husband and she asked me: “does your husband speak English?” Sounds a bit racist to me.
Last year Dr Choong took care of my father when he needed a gastroscopy and we were so touched by how kind, professional and meticulous he was through the entire process. We couldn't recommend Dr Choong enough especially if you feel more comfortable speaking Mandarin.
I have been seeing Dr choong for over a decade and he is the best most caring doctor I have ever seen and I see alot of doctors!! He is very good at what he does and always takes the time with you and never rushes you. He really cares about you! All my family members see Dr choong now because he is the best!! Thank you Dr choong!
Dr Choong is one of the most caring and considerate person I've ever met. He is compassionate and kind and of course very good at his job.
