Great doctors
Called up as i believe i have cracked my ribs and was looking to get an xray, the person who answered said to come in as they would make sure someone could see me and they would be able to take me, so i came in within 45 minutes (which was as soon as i could) and by the time i got there they were no longer taking patients and told me to try again tomorrow. Just tell people youre almost at your limit so they dont waste their time getting there as i said it would be a bit until i could get there.
Ridiculous service. Went to see the Doctor and they asked me to wait in the car and they'd call me in. Freezing, rainy day. They forgot about me. I had to call the practice from the car to see why it was taking so long, they asked me to come back in to "get my details again", I asked why when I got to reception, they'd forgotten to enter my details, they said I'd be in next, an hour later I was still in the waiting room. Utterly miserable experience, incompetent workers. Zero stars!
