I saw him about 9 months ago for a skin condition I have. My long-time doctor retired, so I was going to switch to him as my primary physician. Nothing really went wrong during my appointment. He was the physician that treated my mother when she was admitted via the emergency department 2 years ago. Not once did he make any effort to even so much as contact me to let me know she was there. I had to call the hospital to find out for myself. He refused to return any phone calls to answer any questions I had, also refused to discuss my mother's case with me, despite the fact she filled out paperwork allowing me access to all info in her record.
