I love this practice! The staff and doctor are wonderful and honest. Most dental practices make alot of money on deceiving the patients; convincing them that certain things are not covered when they are. ALWAYS check the codes before agreeing to anything. Never had a problem at Castaic Dental with ANYTHING. They may not have a fancy office in a fancy building, but they are the best I have ever found in forty years! I went for a crown in April. Very nice dentist and the assistant. I Went back yesterday . May 27th for a mouthguard fitting, the receptionist give me a disposable socks for my shoes and then she pointed at the hand sanitizer and told me to used that. After I was in the back room the receptionist come to me and told me that is a $15 fee for the socks, the disposable apron and the one pump of sanitizer because of the covit19 , I told them that i don’t agree.
