Go somewhere else..... run actually! First off I would like to mention that Dr. Earle is a very nice doctor and so is her PA Jenoa. Unfortunately her staff sucks badly. Cynthia her receptionist has no people skills whatsoever. I have had a condition for almost a year now and still have had no diagnosis. Tons of blood test, and still no answers. Worth the wait The wait can be a little longer than average, however, the staff is well worth the wait. I have been seen multiple times by Dr. Earle's Nurse Practitioner, Jenoa - and I have never been disappointed. Jenoa and the rest of Dr Earle's staff, including those working at the front desk, are extremely warm and caring. I was also very impressed with the fact that I was able to get a same day appointment when I needed it.
Poor referral staff, Long wait time The Doctor is OK. Average wait has been 1 hour or greater. Last time was an hour and a half. Referral staff is inept. I understand glitches can occur, but there is no excuse for not returning phone calls on two occasions and never answering the phone. An issue could have been resolved a week earlier had a phone call been returned. The Dr. submitted the referral on Aug 5 with urgency. Referral was received Aug 24 in the AM. All hinges on one person in the Dr.'s office that handles referrals... read more
Don't interfer with her GOD complex At first, I was thrilled with Dr. Earle, PA Genoa and new addition Dr Byon. The office staff, especially Vicky is knowledgeable and kind. However, please don't count on any Dr or PA in that office to be able to handle/treat prescribe medication/run tests for an on going condition. Especially if you don't automatically take to which ever method prescribed. And do not, I repeat, do not, dare to ask Dr. Earle what type of medicine she giving you beyond the name. Attentiveness, Kindness and exceptional care Dr Earle is from Jamaica, although her classy accent doesn't give it away. She is an exceptional doctor who listens attentively, takes her own notes and your medical history directly into her tablet computer. She makes you feel at home, comfortable and she is confident in her care. An exceptional staff makes you feel like you truly matter.
Dr. Charmaine Earle Dr. Earle looks like she's about 12 (to my 40-something-year-old eyes), but she's a patient and knowledgeable doctor. She listens carefully to her patients and tries to give them her full attention during their visit. I changed medical groups just to continue seeing her.
